We gave him $360 so he could order the parts for our chimney, and he gave us a sob story about having surgery. It's been 6 months, and he will not call back or answer or letter. I may try small claims court since reading the other review and finding out that it's happened before. Pros: none Cons: won't do anything for the money more

Do not trust this company or Mike and Doug Lee 1/15/2008

These guys are thief's, they took my money and never performed the service. Tried contacting them numerous times and they never called back. Only call em if you want to get screwed out of your money. Stay far away from D & M Chimney Sweeps aka Doug and Mike Lee! Pros: none Cons: stole money more
