Great Rental for Vans 12/6/2010

We rented a large conversion van for a two family vacation of seven. It was great! We all got to travel together and had 4 captain's chairs for the parents. We traveled from Cincinnati to the Alabama Gulf Shores with the bed down in the back for the kids. When we returned, we left the bench seat up because we really shopped while on vacation. Everyone was comfortable and the kids loved the DVD player. We rented and extra carryall that fit into the hitch for luggage and coolers. We intend to rent again this summer to travel to Orlando. The prices were fair and clearly represented. The customer service and vehicle condition were excellent. LOVE IT!!!!! more

Do Not Rent From Them! Incorrect Quotes/Hidden Fees Galore!! 10/7/2010

We rented a van for our family vacation and was quoted a cetain for for unlimited mileage and the amount of days we would be gone. Since I had a cheaper quote from another rental company, their customer service rep informed me that if I brought back the van before midnight the night before, it would be alot cheaper. more
