I should have listened to susan911 but didn't and ended up with a bloody toe. The tech was using the cuticle pusher on my big toe and it was very sharp and she cut my toe real bad...

Have been going to this salon since it opened.Have always been happy with the craftmanship. Love the employees, they are a blast to joke around with. The only problems I have ever had have been with fellow customers. I have found them to be rude and condecending to the employees. I have also witnessed extremely poor tipping. It is a great salon and my nail tech Kelly will try new nail ideas that I bring to her. They always have gifts for their customers during the holidays. Spa pedi is FABULOUS!!! more

Stay Away 7/17/2009

I should have listened to susan911 but didn't and ended up with a bloody toe. The tech was using the cuticle pusher on my big toe and it was very sharp and she cut my toe real bad. It was bleeding and I was in a lot of pain. She did the best she could to clean it up but I told her not to polish it. She did not give me a discount but I did tip her well. I will never go back. I know lots if people that like this place but for the money I will got to a real salon next time. Pros: Clean Cons: Could be hurt. more

french nails mani pedi 5/5/2009

I have been going to this salon rather freguently for mani-pedis. Today however, David the owner was not present. Not sure that would have made a difference. Had a french mani-pedi done. The tech cut the top of my big toe. She had no comment, even when I flinched and it was bleeding. The french part of my great toe is way to thin for as large as my great toe nail is.\r Another tech did my mani. They are completly uneven. Wide on one hand, thin on the other. \r I have a salon closer that recently opened up , but stayed with these, as I had been pleased previously. But today, nothing was good. \r I will not return.
