Had a 60's chrysler that needed an engine rebuild.
At the towing and drop off, the owner said 2 weeks.
6 months later after patiently dropping by many times, the motor was ""finished"" and installed after they managed to ruin parts of the new paint (with empty promises to fix, after I pointed it out.)
I smoked white, it leaked oil, it could not be tuned....years later when it finally died and I brought it to a race engine builder (Obviously no going back to D&G)...
He began to describe in astonishment the installed flaws and his summary was "" looks like they threw it together and said get outta here""
""The rings have more mileage on them than the pistons"" was one of the worst things you can hear after spending thousands and getting back a lemon.
so, D&G is bullshit and shifty and lied the entire time. they used old parts and only machined a portion of my engine, the new mechanic is someone I've known in for 30 years, if he hadn't lived 385 miles away I would never have had this experience.
D&G- F**k you, if I was a lesser man I'd punch you in the face.
Pros: no good at all
Cons: cheap liars and fools
