I get honest and consistent service at D&G 5/24/2014

Fernando is extremely knowledgable and is always looking out for our best interest. He wants to make sure our cars are not only fixed, but also safe. His suggestions have our best interest in mind. He isn't trying to "pull one over on us" - he's honest and complete the jobs as promised. more

Honest 9/6/2011

Just like at the Lexus dealership, Fernando checks your car out when doing other work. He gives absolutely no pressure to get repairs and tells you if something doesn't need to be done "right now". Really impressed with him and his honestly! more

Quality that costs no more! 9/4/2011

My wife's SC430 was seamlessly picked up & replaced by a service loaner. The repairs & maintenance were performed in a thoughtful, professional, cost effective & timely manner (they even spontaneously cleaned up a coffee spill she left). In the "new millennium", where I am frequently disappointed with everything & it all costs too much, D&G is a refreshing change back to value-oriented personal service that costs no more! THANX Fernando! Keep up the great service. more
