I brought my car in one Friday toward the end of the day. I pulled there and was greeted by someone there before I walked inside, The person introduced himself as Olaolu as he looked at the side of my Porsche and saw the extensive damage. I got my cars fenders and side panels replaced. My parts were hard to find but they were able to get the parts from where I don't know but I was sure a happy customer. My paint was match to the tee and I was very happy with the amount of service that was given and showed to me! #1 company I will recommend you take your car to that has been in a wreck! more

One of the most honest people I've ever dealt with has to be Nike (Estimator). I've dealt with lots of mechanics before, been ripped off and had very bad experiences in lots of auto shops in the past but no longer. I was stranded on the beach before when my car burst a coolant pipe, and was quoted a $600 inlet coolant pipe + thermostat housing job, on top of a $150 diagnostic fee and $20 lift use. A lift use charge! That's as crooked as people get. Had my car towed to D&D and not only was the job done in less than an hour, but he was extremely thorough, very honest and upfront about labor fees and parts cost, and above all it was all done for about $250. more

I have been in numerous accidents and have had many cars repaired I have never had a company call and follow up with me regarding a repair. Chante called and made sure that my car was driving fine and that to see if I needed anything else. I loved the way they handled my insurance paperwork and helped me maximize my claim amount. They really held true to their word by making sure that my paperwork was filled out correctly but by making sure that I had no worries. Once they got my car they handled everything else. Even the estimate was wrong from the other place I actually paid less than the original estimate and it allowed me to spruce my car up a little bit more

I brought my Honda in for service a few weeks ago. Initially, I had gotten my car looked at in a nearby dealership, and they recommended several very expensive repairs. I knew exactly nothing about cars, but I felt it important to get a second opinion. That's how I ended up at D&D, and I'm glad I did. As many others here have mentioned, Olaolu is great. I agree - he works with a great shop. I was fortunate to get a bunch of face time with him, and got to inquire as to why the dealership was suggestions 10x the cost in repairs. Dennis is the man! If you are in need of a mechanic shop that is fast, friendly and honest (Which is a rarity in SFLA), please give Dennis a call. I gave Dennis a call after looking on Yelp. I read the reviews but was still skeptical. He was very warm and nice on the phone and told me to come over. I jumped in my car and turned on the navigator -- Uhn?? This place is the Coral Gables? I contemplated on turning back as I got on 95 and the traffic was stand still yet again. I got there, met Dennis, told him I needed my brake pads changed. He looked at it and told me which one they will be working on but will make sure to check the other one as well. I walked into the reception area and gave the lady my key. I am sure I was in/out in less than 90 minutes. I was very impressed with the swiftness, honesty and level of professionalism. They do offer free WIFI in the reception while you wait on your vehicle. I am glad I took the drive there and will definitely go back there and refer friends! more

This is hands down the best collision place in all of McDonough. A lot of places will go out of their way to trick you into buying & replacing things you don't need but Dennis(the owner) is not like that at all. He does great work at fair prices & only charges you for what really needs fixing or replacing. He will give you a free estimate for any installation or repair work. He also has a machine for leak checking & recharching air conditioners low on freon. He has several lifts & can handle just about any automotive task from a simple oil change to a full motor swap. I'm a retired mechanic. After I retired I had gotten a shop to do work on my own car. But I had to let it go I was starting to feel the hurt from all those motor swaps I did back in the day. So one day I was talking to my buddy, He said he found a shop. D&D auto......i was kinda yea yea another shop. "let's see how long this one takes before they see us then try to cheat us out of money" But over time he would keep telling me about the shop and how Dennis the owner of D&D Auto, would give him great prices and have a good turn around on big jobs and I must say after seeing how clean the work was on their website. I went over there myself and started having them do the work on my car. I must say I never thought I would see the day that I let someone else work on my pride and joy. I am satisified with the services I got from here. My Audi A4s check engine light came on I didn't know what it could have been. I went to Firestone and they charged me $100 for a diagnostic they told me what was wrong but my warranty was over a few months ago so they told me an arm and a leg just to get my car repaired. I went home and searched for auto repair shop around McDonough and found D&D. I went there and I was given an estimate on my cars repair. Within minutes of having my car they hooked it up and found what made my check engine light come on. All it needed was a tuneup like oil change spark plugs changed and alignment. Started hearing some rattling noises from my '05 Civic that baffled me. I thought it could be a multitude of problems so I took my car In to see what was going on. I had full coverage on it so the insurance covered my repairs since it wasn't more that what my deductible was and anything I paid for I sent them a receipt and they sent me a check for what I paid. They popped the hood and got to work. Within 10 minutes, they advised me what the problem was and my options. I ended up having a crack in my exhaust manifold. They rarely did any work with exhaust manifolds but they were able to take care of my car no questions asked. I had ordered a new one from E bay and it got there within the week. I got a rental car through my insurance company. Everything went smooth. more

I had a small fender bender where a woman pulled into the side of my car while pulling out of her street parking spot. State Farm, her insurance, made things incredibly easy. They told me I could either get an estimate and take it to get repaired somewhere, or I could use one of their preferred providers and not have to put down a penny of my own money. I was a little nervous that the "preferred providers" would be junk, but when I started looking at reviews, D&D Kustom Collision Tech looked great especially the two reviews on this page, which seem to be the exception for me to had taken my car in. And they were! I had a serious dent in my passenger side fender, and scraping on the side mirror and all along the passenger side. They were flexible in when I could get my car appraised, which was a very quick process (less than 15 minutes). They called a few days later to say the parts had arrived to get my car repaired, I had dropped my car off with them already so they informed me that work was starting on it. I stopped by on Tuesday during my lunch break - their partnership with Enterprise is great, as it allows sort of a one-stop-shopping to make sure I wasn't lacking a vehicle for any time at all. State Farm paid for that too. On Friday evening, they called to say my car was done. To replace a fender, buff out the side doors, repair the mirror, and repaint everything, not to mention blending the paint colors! And I tell you, it's immaculate! The work was done flawlessly so quick, so friendly, and my car is IMMACULATE! They cleaned both the outside and inside better than I've seen it in over a year. Thank you, thank you! more
