I was turned down for service at D&C Honda because I didn't buy the car there. I was under warranty with my 1-month old Honda Accord EX-L. D&C quickly brushed me off, telling me that I had to go back to the dealership where I bought the car in order for my navi to get fixed, because navi units are ""programmed a certain way at each dealership."" I wrote Honda Inc. an official letter of complaint and demanded a call from their HQ, where I wrote a full report on D&C for their breach of service.
D&C Honda not only screws Honda owners, but they are dishonest on the internet. Ask yourself how and why every review here has 5 stars. Gee, a sales office with an impeccable record. Perhaps they are writing their own reviews? Even the structure of each review is written in the same writing style.
This place is a disgrace to Honda USA. They also gave the highest price quote. Your best best is to find quotes in central Jersey Honda dealerships, where you'll find the best quotes. Don't even think of coming here for service unless you bought the car here.
