D and A were our contractor for our Home insurance policy. We had them come out to fix a problem with our hot water. They first insisted (despite our wishes) on replacing a part we knew was not faulty (our regular guy told us what the problem was, D and A was trying to cut corners by replacing a cheaper part). When they had to come out again to REALLY fix the problem, they did (all of this took months, by the way, they were very slow in responding). Finally the issue was resolved, but come to find out they did not give us the knob to the first part they replaced (the one we told them not to). When I contacted them I was told there was nothing they could do and they hung up on me. Very poor all the way around, save yourself the time and do not use them!
