I went to Cypress Street Station on 10/27/05 w/ 3 friends. We arrived before 6PM & at that time, there were only 2 or 3 tables occupied. We were promptly seated, our order was taken & we received our drinks. There were several groups of people who arrived soon after. They were obviously ""regulars"" because they were given special treatment by all employees. We received our food an hour later, & after many orders were filled for people who came in after us. Our food was as follows: pork tenderloin - very bland, grilled swordfish - overcooked, N.Y. strip steak - undercooked, filet mignon - overcooked. All of the foods listed were served cold. We were all very disappointed at the entire experience & learned that in order to dine at this restaurant, you obviously must be a ""regular"" & make reservations even though that is not a requirement.
Pros: Good wine selections
Cons: Caters to "Regulars", Slow Service, Expensive
