I ordered sport stitch iron-on tackle twill letter names and numbers for a pair of hockey jerseys I had previously purchased from another store at the beginning of February with the promise they'd be in the next week. After a week, I called and asked about it and was told they hadn't shown up. I called every few days for the rest of the month, still with no luck (and the occasional angry response from the manager for ""bothering them."") The day I called to tell them that I would take my order elsewhere, they told me they had my letters in stock. I took them in that afternoon and they pressed the jerseys while I waited. The letters and numbers were crooked and not centered on the jerseys, and one jersey had my name tilted at a roughly 2 degree angle below horizontal. I told them that I was not satisfied and they told me I was ""too picky"". If I wanted my two $30 jerseys back, I'd have to pay them for the work despite being unsatisfied. When I insisted (politely) that the names and numbers were crooked and asked if she could remove the appliques and try again, she angrily informed me that she just ""eyeballed"" the measurements and that my jerseys were defective, which is why the lettering looked crooked, slanted, and misplaced. I was tempted to leave without paying and let them keep my jerseys, because then I would have been out $60. Now I need 2 more jerseys for $60 and someone else to letter and number them. At this point, a simple $30, 10 minute job has cost me $120 and months. When work is done correctly, everyone is happy, but the true measure of a business is the manner in which they deal with a mistake or dissatisfied customer. Becoming belligerent and confrontational and insisting that a customer is too discerning is outrageous behavior. I do not recommend this merchant to any of the people I play hockey with, and I'll be keeping my business with other sports stores in the area.
Pros: Good hours
Cons: Poor workmanship, horrible customer service
