This place is terrible. We have lived here almost 2 years. I agree with the other comments. There is nothing but drugs, stealing, & trouble in these apartments. We have 2 or 3 Courtesy Officers that live here rent free, but they do nothing. We saw a cocaine deal go on in the breezeway last Saturday night, It was reported to Lisa @ the office and nothing apparently was done. They are still up there with people in and out all hours of the night. Something has to be done about this. We have children running around out here all hours with NO supervision. A little 2 or 3 year old almost got hit out here 4 or 5 times. These parents need to be watching there kids instead of doing whatever else they are doing. My advice to you is DO NOT come anywhere near these apartments they are awful. Run the opposite direction. I am moving out as SOON AS POSSIBLE. It's hard when your broke, but I sure am trying to do it quickly. more

I completely agree with the commentor below! It is definatly a ghetto hood worse than the projects next door! They just made it Pet friendly that have huge pit bulls running around everywhere! Barks all night long in every apartment! Don't expect to get any sleep! Paper-thin walls! Rent is around 600 a month! These apartments are run down, offer nothing for poor people, low income, except a playground which is in the center of all the apartments and very loud!! Yes, a year or so ago it was nice but now, I want MOVE AS SOON AS MY LEASE IS UP! Don't expect a deposit back! Don't expect them to keep up with your rent money either. They actually said a MONEY ORDER BOUNCED and threatned to move out one of the residents here. Anyone who has used a money order knows it shouldn't bounce! Anyways, I am leaving next weekend! HOPEFULLY sooner if I can! HATE LIVING HERE! NEED to get some Relaxation at home, you won't find it here! more

What use 2 b good has gone GHETTO HOOD! INCOME Based apartments! RUN!! it was a nice place to live when ran by old management that was very respectful. BUT Now, its worse than the PROJECTS next door!! Located right beside the projects, full of grafiti, full of drug trafficing, full of screaming kids, loud music, and managment company that has several different people from nashville take turns inspecting your apartment more than once a month usually going thru the inside of your oven, and writing you up on crumbs for possible eviction?. They say its bank inspections, state inspections, and monthly air filter change but you better not have a drop of anything on your eye pans you could really get a dirty write up from upper management who will then fwd it to the state or hud who will write you up as well. People RUN FROM this Ghetto place! Its WORSE than any projects in this region on crime! People are constantly getting their vehicle ""keyed"", scratched, stolen cd players, glasses busted, etc. BY the way, its income based and income limited. If you make more than minimum wage, you probably are considered over income to live here! How do these people pay their bills? Probably the WRONG way! If you like music being played from open windows so loud Reba McEntire Can be heard a block away all night and day then Ghetto Cypress Hood, I mean Cypress Creek is the place to be! more

I have enjoyed living here at ""The Creek"" . Very Biggest apartments in town, nice, clean, quiet and friendly.\r Wish they had a pool & bbcourt but maybe thats what keeps it quiet. \r There are picnic spots & I go sit with my laptop & pick up a lot of free wireless internet signals! So Sweeet!\r Overall 5 star rating all the way Pros: walk to TTU, new, big, friendly Cons: no pool or basketball court more
