Poor staff attitude 8/9/2005

I was disappointed in the staffs' attitude. When I walked in, the first thing they said was that my bike was sub par and they would never produce bikes like that. First impressions matter to me, therefore, because of their initial negative comments rather than explaining if or how my bike could be fixed/improved, I am not sure I would go back there again. more

Great Service 8/9/2005

Cyclone offers road and mountain bikes. I stopped by one afternoon to purchase a road bike, and the owner of the shop was very helpful. He let me ride a half dozen different models, taking time to show me the features of each. After going to several different shops, I ended up buying a Felt bike from Cyclone. more
