These guys were great. They helped educate me on the importance of regularly cleaning my air ducts. They were professional, they didn't make a mess, and they were very nice. I called Cyclone Air Systems for a carpet cleaning job that I wanted done for the carpeting in my home. I just got a puppy and the carpet had a lot of soil from many accidents. The technician was very nice and best of all got out the stains and odor from my beige carpet. more

Ok, first I have to say that they had my interest the moment they said they were a green company. I have 3 kids and a dog that forgets he is to go outside to use the bathroom so when I'm not there he uses it in the living room. Now the kids, they spilled juice, or my soda, just imagine all the stains. So I don't have the time, patience or desire to clean my carpet. I looked on yahoo and set an appointment. When I called they were so helpful and they scheduled me that fits into my schedule. The technician was very nice and helpful. The cleaning process did not take forever and my kids and dog were able to be in the house. The carpet looked so good that now I make sure there are no cups in the living room and that the dog goes out more often...I don't want to have to clean the carpets again even though their prices are reasonable. If I have to I would use them again. more

Great service, I had some flooding in my apartment and I called cyclone at 11pm. The guys were great, they came over half an hour and did a great job. after that you could not tell there has been flooding in there. The service was great and the charge was reasonable. I am calling cyclone for all my cleaning needs and I have been their customer for over a year now. in case you need water damage restorration or any kind of carpet cleaning.
