I just wanted to give everyone a little insight about cycle specialties, located in Taylors, Sc on Wade Hampton Boulevard. I bought a new 2012 GSXR1000 a few weeks ago and was looking to purchase a service manual. On Saturday February 18th I called cycle specialties and asked about getting some torque specs for the bolts on my bike so I could change the tires. I run this place and I do not have time to deal with stuff like this.” I replied “I had called a few minutes before I drove up here and asked if I could get some torque specs, the man told me I could stop by and he would be happy to help me out. There is no reason for you to act like this towards me, if you are having trouble reading the manual just say so.” He replied “I can’t read the manual and you can hit the f$%#*ng door”. So I left. I walked back in and asked the man his name he said “Its Jay Alexander, do I need to spell it out for you a$$h@l@? You have 10 seconds to hit the f*%#*ng door.” I thought this was way out of line for a service manager, or anyone in the service industry. I was very patient the entire time, an
