I am 15 years old. I visited cyberion for the first time when I was 13 with my mother, she used to come here to buy her cell phone cases for her new phones and sometimes I would ask her to get me one too. This time, I did order a custom case for my mother, with pictures of our family, so she can use it on her iphone 4s. It will be my gift for her birthday and I am sure she will love it, because they did a good work, the picture got all over the phone. I like cyberion, and I will keep coming back for more original ideas for gifts and for myself too. more

Happy b-day for me! 10/15/2011

My parents gave me an iphone 4s for my b-day, that was an amazing surprise… but the biggest surprise for them was that I was able to put a crack on its screen, and that was not fun. Well, I went online to find a place where they could fix it ASAP, and I googled “iphone 4 repair Maryland” and cyberion showed up on first page. I took my phone there and thank goodness, they got it fixed in great speed! I was really happy about that, my parents too! Thanks cyberion! more

trying hard 10/13/2011

My boyfriend went to meet my parents, and he was a little nervous about that. He was trying to impress them on dinner table, throwing 3 oranges like some clows do… and guess what happened? His cell phone fell on the floor and kept going until it reached the steps down the basement.. It was embarrassing.. But no problem, my parents got the trick, they laughed a lot and everything went fine.. And to get done with his cell iphone 3g, I brought him to cyberion (I am a long time returning customer). They fixed it in no time, I think 20 mins and was done! That’s why I keep coming back here, they are professionals and they have all the stuff I need for my cell phone and many other cell phones, in one place. more

Great place 10/13/2011

I was looking online for a place to fix my iphone 4 that got water damage. I found a couple places, but I decided to bring it to Cyberion, for the safety of the location and for the affordable price. I believe I did the right decision, because I got the results I was looking in great speed. I do recommend this shop! more

pretty cool protective cases 10/12/2011

I have an iphone 4s, and went to the mall to find some cool stuff for it.. I went to a several places, so I can say that this show was the one that impressed me the most. They got custom designs for it, from all the ways you could think of. I like the idea of having my name on my phone with butterfly designs, and that’s what I requested. The experience was great, and I walked out the door with the design I chose. That’s an interesting way to gift someone, so I will certainly come back for more! more

My cousin came back home yesterday, after a long trip to Brazil.. she said amazing things and I got so excited with her histories that I didn’t notice that my cell phone was on my lap, and when I stand up, it fell really badly and got a big crack.. so sad, I had no cover, no screen protector. I went online to fix my screen, and found Cyberion. They have this location over Wheaton Mall, and was pretty easy. Just dropped my phone, went to get a cup of coffee and came back: DONE! Great job, affordable price! Highly recommend that store! more

my old sentimental iphone 3gs 10/11/2011

I have an iphone 3gs, mom gave it to me on my b-day. It has a sentimental value to me, and that’s why I felt so worried when it got a crack when I let it drop on the weekend. I went online to find a place and Cyberion popped up on google search. I have heard about this store before, a couple people have told me it is a A+ store. I went to check it out. In about 20 mins my phone was ready to go, with no signs of crack anymore. They made me feel happy again, and that’s why I do recommend that shop, they are not A+… but AAAA+++++++ Thanks guys! more

Fixed My iPhone Screen Of Death 4/12/2011

I got the screen of death on my iPhone 3gs, and the Apple Store said they could fix it for $200. I decided to look somewhere else because I decided it was a little too high for me. I remember about this place at Arundel Mills Mall, and once I noticed they do cell phone repair. I went there and the repair took 20 minutes and my phone was new again! I am glad I decided to go somewhere else to do it, and do recommend their services for anyone! more

iPhone Problem Fixed 4/9/2011

My experience with Cyberion was great! My iPhone 3gs home button wasn't working when I pressed on it. I went to the store in the morning to drop off my iPhone and leave to work right after. And later in the afternoon I went back to get it. The phone was fine again and for a fair price (much less than I was expecting)! more

Good place for phone repaair and accessories 4/6/2011

I knocked out my iPhone 4 screen when I was riding BMX (my front tooth was in that list too). I went online to find a shop repair that could be trustful and good price, I found the Cyberion website http://ww.MyCyberion.com and decided to go with them. They not only took good care of my phone for an affordable price, but they also showed me the otterbox protective case for my cell phone (I only wish could have come to this store before, they have so many options for all kinda of folks. Even the adventurous/crazy ones like me!). About my tooth, I ended up getting a root canal and fake tooth put in. Not as nice as my own new brand screen, but it was necessary, not funny talk to people while they keep staring at your mouth, lol Cyberion man, I will make a special ride for them testing my new otterbox! more

Great Cell Phone Repair Source 4/4/2011

I dropped my Blackberry Curve in a toilet at work; it was really embarassing!!! I took my phone to them and they were able to fix it without me having to pay a ridiculous amount. I am a returning customer from Cyberion... I always go there to get my protective covers everytime I upgrade my phone, they have tons of options and also can custom designs for you. But this time, I came back for a very different reason and it was great service like always. I don't know what I'd do without Cyberion! more

The best place! 3/9/2011

I feel really happy about the great service at this store. I like to come to a store where people treat you well, does not matter how much your purchase is! I always come here, and the staff is well oriented, always show me great covers for my phone (I keep changing phone), and I am always able to get something nice to it. I usually get a screen protector too, I have tried all they have: clear, mirror and privacy and my favorite one is the mirror screen protector so far. Well, my testimonial is not that great, but I do it in order to let ppl know it is a good place to find stuff for your cell phone. more

Good: I only say that I want to throw 10 stars if I could for them, for the customer service that I've ever received from a cell phone shop. The staff are really friendly, helpful and honest.. Bad: A little bit crowd.. I think it was a busy holiday.. Other: I only say that I want to throw 10 stars if I could for them, for the customer service that I've ever received from a cell phone shop. Cyberion saved my cheek from my iPhone cracked screen 2/3/2011

I got an iPhone from a friend of mine who sold it to me because it had a cracked screen. I decide that it was no big deal, because lots of people have cracked screens and they work fine. I started using it and found that my cheek started hurting and when I looked in the mirror, for my surprise found that I had GLASS in my cheek!!! I went to Cyberion and they gave me a great deal on a cracked screen repair, and it was ready to go in less than 30 min! WOW Now my face is safe and I can enjoy my good looking iPhone, and I am not afraid of it! From now on, I do recommend this place! more
