Just got home from having the Oxygen Facial and I can't stop staring at my skin in the mirror. Trying not to touch it because they told me not to, but its hard not to because my skin feels so soft. Whatever random person put those two post on is either a liar or downright crazy. 10s all around. Will for sure be back. Pros: Services actually give the result they promise. Cons: Addictive more

My wife & I vacationed in Santa Monica last year and found C.W.E. for facials & massages to be a great relaxing afternoon. Christopher and his staff were very professional and the place was almost too sterile. We wished we lived in the area so we could become regular customers.I would recommend C.W.E. over any hotel massage therapist without hesitation.Thanks-Steve&Trish more

I'm inclined to agree with Joy on this one. This Carrie chick doesn't know what the hell she's talking about - seriously. First of all, it does not smell like trash one bit and the staff at CWE is incredible -- both friendly and professional! I've been a loyal customer of CWE's for over 4 years now and I keep coming back for many reasons (and get this...the whole time I've been going there I haven't seen the dude upstairs flash me even once!) Not only are the facials the best I've ever had anywhere, but the range of treatments is amazing. CWE will even tailor a facial treatment specifically for your skin type. And, the best part of it all is that you can buy most of the same products to use at home. It is soo relaxing and the bed you lay on while getting your facial is so comfortable that I almost always fall asleep while getting my facial! Christopher is a genius with my problem skin! CWE's massages are also awesome and the best I've had pretty much anywhere -- and I get A LOT of massages, so I know what a good massage is and what a bad massage is. The massage room in the back is very quiet, private and extremely soothing. Imagine walking into a small candlelit room with soft muted colors, you hear relaxing instrumental music softly playing in the background and the gentle smell of aromatherapy envelops the room. I know....makes me want to go back for another massage right now! You have got to get a massage from Elvis, who's the latest addition to their staff. He may be small, but he's mighty with really strong hands! I like a really strong, deep tissue massage and he certainly knows how to deliver. A couple of weeks before my first massage with Elvis, I used a gift certificate for a massage at another spa with the initials BW and was extremely disappointed!! Elvis is the King of massage as far as I'm concerned! (...and BTW, it doesn't hurt that he's also cute as a button!) First off, I have no clue what this Carrie D. person says, because quite frankly, my time at CWE was truly an AMAZING AND RELAXING experience. (It seems that Carrie may spend a little more time than usual in that area to be so observant.) But My boyfriend & I took advantage of their "2 For 1" Special during Valentine's and it was just so tranquil and everyone was so friendly and attentive. No attitude what so ever. We are making plans to go in for facials in a couple weeks because of the great service given. In addition, we found out they offer "Care Credit" which entices us to go WAAAY more often now!And with parking, if it 's past 7PM, CWE will give you the money for parking if there is a fee! I have been going to CWE for the past 2 1/2 years and ALWAYS recommend it and his products to my friends and family! It's a "must" on any spa-lovers list! His staff go above and beyond to give you excellent service and the atmosphere is so relaxing and casual but fun at the same time which makes it a great experience. If you like more of an intimate setting, then definately check it out! I always get the Deep Pore Cleanse Facial which totally detoxifies my skin, making it feel completely fresh, clean, and leaves it glowing! But there is such a great selection of services he offers for every skin type. I also use his botanical skincare products for a long time now and it has completely kept my complexion the best ever! I continue to get compliments on how great my complexion is and I have to give it to the regular facials and product usage, you definately get instant results as promised!
