My Sony Wega KV-36XBR Television would not turn on. I called CW Farrell and explained the flashing pattern of the standby mode lights. He immediately told me what the issue was, how much the house call and the repair cost would be. He was even able to come out within 3 hours of my call. During the repair he explained exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. The cost was exactly what he told me on the phone and was very reasonable. I will call him for all my electronics repairs in the future. more

CW Farrell was very prompt to respond to my call for help on a burntout LCD TV. He came over and diagnosed the problem and told me exactly what the cost would be for the part and his labor. When the part arrived from out of town. He came over on the same day and installed it. CW is very professional, but has a good sense of humor. I would definitely have him service my electronics again. more

I asked him to come to repair my TV. He came, checked and told me, it's a fuse. I don't have it with me, now, but I let you this one instead. I will order it and I will come back with the 12 AMp fuse you need. A week later, I phoned him. He told me, The fuse I gave you is the good one. I checked on internet and this brand is ok. It's says it's 6.3 but in fact it's like a 12 Amp. Few days later, my 6.3 fuse, crached. I phoned him again and I told him. Did you received the fuse you ordered? He said. I'll call you back before the end of this week and I'll may have it at this time. Friday...Nothing. I phoned him and he was just pissed off and he told me. I'm done, I'm not gonna come to your place. I told you, it's a sprcial order. And I try to save your main bord. I said " what main board? You never spoke to me about a main board? You said it was a power supply problem, that's why my fuse was dead. he told me " I don't want to argue with you, now. and he hang up. PLEASE...DON"T GO WITH HIM IF YOU WANT LOSE $164. more
