This pharmacy is over loaded and under staffed. I submitted a Rx over ten days ago. When I went to pick it up (a next day pickup was scheduled) I was told that the Dr had to be contacted. I asked when he was contacted and by who, the answer was that no contact had been made. The Dr. received the request eight days after the Rx was dropped. Still has not been filled. I still have not been notified that there was a problem or when the Dr was contacted. No one there seams to be able to operate a phone or fax machine. If they are this overloaded how can the possibly maintain the accuracy of the Rx fills? The cashiers were rude. If I was not forced to use CVS by Caremark I would not go anywhere near this place. I filed a complaint with corporate and geee what a surprise ... they have not contacted me either.
