I have been using this pharmacy for about 3 years. Last week, I timed the wait, and stood for 20 minutes in line for the first time; the line extended the entire length of a shopping aisle.
I also submitted a new prescription; there was a discrepancy so they offered to call my doctor before filling it asking me to call back to check status the next day. When I did, not only had they apparently not made the call, they also misplaced the prescription that I left with them. I am planning to switch to either Costco or Walgreens.
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Slow to very slow service
