8/19/12: Horrible experience @ CVS every time. I wish the corporate office would review video footage and see how they treat people. Tried to pick up an antibiotic rx @ the drive thru. Waited longer than normal but no big deal. I had placed my mother's driver's license and medical ins card in the basket. I hear someone speaking to me but do not see an actual person. Informed him the info was already there. By mistake, I did not have her rx card with me but in the past Walgreens has looked it up somehow or has called the pharmacy for me. Someone named Marcus told me I'd have to pay full price or come back. Honestly, I probably would have but he was so rude that I drove around to park, went in the store & left my sick mother in the Florida heat. I went in to call the insurance co & picked up the rx. My mother was a new customer & her 5 letter first name wasn't even spelled correctly. I work for a hospital corporation & one of many offices averages 115 patients daily. Do you think I'll be referring to CVS? Thanks Marcus!
