CVS in Orlando generally do not have well trained staffers. However this CVS is particularly bad and cost me big loss. I walked in this morning and wanted to ask about flu shots. I stood there for over 10 minutes while the pharmacist chatted whith her friend, then when a red haired woman came in still no service, by the time I got to the front counter, I was fuming. Then facing a clerk who kept asking me about my cvs card, I must have walked out without my very expensive phone. When I retraced my steps and came back to ask for my phone, the same clerk told me a young man said he lost his black phone (which is my color), when i asked her whether she verified that he owned this phone by asking what his phone number is, she gave me the story that the phone rang as she was showing him this phone and he said that was his friend, I can't believe she took his story and gave him the phone, the manager of the store covered for her and said he took care of this kid, they were both making up the stories as they went along because I never saw the manager while I was in this store both times until I insisted he see me.
