my girl friend had a prescription that needed to be filled, said it would take, a hour and a half, which we returned to pick up, was ready but not covered under her insurance, which after we called the insurance company, was covered, so we called back and the same was said not covered, we called the insurance company again and they took controll, well after 4 hours we called the insurance company and they said the prescription was filled 55 minutes ago, but no phone call from CVS, so I call, yes is done, so we drove down to pick up the prescription, the pharmtist, came to the window and began blaming the insurance company and being all pissed off at us, this is the third time we have had problems with them, there should be some kind of law, or help for us againist companys that try to long arm us.
