Cvs Pharmacy

Terrible. Went in for a simple money order, after waiting in line for the chance to finally buy one they hassled me and refused to sell it to me, I don't pay my rent with cash so I get a money order. Demanded ID for a cash purchase... Slow, unfriendly, insane rules, not worth shopping there any more. I'll never go back FOR SURE! more

Longs castro valley blvd, castro valley. We have recently moved to this area from portola valley where we enjoyed using the sharon heights Longs . To our dismay and disappointment we have been very unhappy with the pharmacy section of castro valley Longs. The perscriptions are not ready on time. If they are ready no one can find them. I have gone to pick up a perscription and was told it wasn't ready. I came home and called and it was ready and had been for a day. Also, their phone system will tell you a perscription has refills even when it doesn't!! This morning I called in around noon and asked that several perscriptions be ready by 6:00 pm today. My husband was told that they weren't suppose to be ready until 6:00 pm Wednesday!! We enjoy shopping at Longs, the parking lot and store are friendly, but the pharmacy needs to be better managed. We are very frustrated. Pros: convient, well lite, more than adequate parking. friendly cashiers Cons: Less than adequate pharmacy service. This is a place that is well layed out and organized. We love the small town feel and great services. more
