Cutting Edge Design was recommended by my decorator, who said that she had given them keys to her house and, when she came home, they had done everything beautifully. I hired them to install my computer/Internet access, television, DVD player, and one of my radio/CD players. They did a terrific job. They really followed through nicely and they were extremely helpful to me, as I am not a computer-savvy person. They simplified the way that I access my computer and television, making it very easy, which I appreciated. I had one little problem with the CD system that they were able to resolve. When I moved into my new house and needed to set-up a home theater system in my bonus room, I contacted Roland at CEDI. Bottom line: I now have an amazing system in my house! He came out to my house and designed a great system, with a 60" Pioneer Kuro plasma TV and an incredible sound system using a custom LCR bar attached to the bottom of my wall-mounted TV. The equipement is superior and everything is hidden behind a wall in a space adjacent to the room. Roland took the time to customize my universal radio-frequency remote, included ports so that my Wii could be easily swapped from the upstairs TV to downstairs, and included jacks to plug in a laptop computer. His service was also excellent during the installation as well as follow up to make a few minor adjustments. I would highly recommend CEDI to anyone considering a home theater system as the design, implementation, service, and follow-up is awesome! more

Theres really nothing Roland CANT tell you about this industry. He brings a lot of FUN when discussing home AV options. You really get what you pay for and most of my friends have sought out CED when they see what I have. more

We met the CEDI team when we purchased our new home, as they performed the pre-wire for the house. I could tell that they were experienced by how they had the builder implement changes during construction to make wiring easier. We worked with several members of the CEDI team over the lifetime of the project, but Joshua took the lead on making sure that we got what we wanted and that it got installed correctly. We ended up installing a whole house audio system, as well as a whole house AV switching system. Also, they helped us build out our media room, which required some custom cabinetry and carpentry work. At all times, the CEDI team was professional and friendly. We had a few minor glitches after the installation related to some manufacturer defects in video connectors; but Joshua made a special trip out to the house within a couple days each time we found an issue to make sure that our system got fixed, and they did it at no additional charge. I consider this to be very good customer service. more

The quality of work of Cutting Edge Design is fantastic. The follow through is amazing. They were there almost immediately when we needed any follow up. We had some issues relating to Viacom Cable so we bought a complete satellite system. They dropped everything and made a special trip to our house and got it hooked up that day. I asked Cutting Edge Design, Inc. to prepare a bid for the complete audio and video of a new house that we were building. They were referred to me by a family member of the owner. Their bid was much more professional and on target with what we wanted than the other bids we got. We hired them to do the entire system for our new home, from pre-construction to completion. They spent time with us at the beginning of the process, listening to what we wanted rather than telling us what they thought we should have. They tailored the system to our needs as opposed to trying to sell us unnecessary products. This is critical because, otherwise, you could end up with $50,000 worth of stuff that has no value for you. Cutting Edge Design continually follows up with us to make sure the system operates perfectly. They provide ongoing maintenance, tuning up the system and letting me know about additional products and features that are available, so that we can decide whether or not we want them. We have had an excellent experience working with them. I cannot find any reason to give them less than a 5-star rating in every category. Hugh more
