I've been going to Cutt Loose Auto Works & Collision Center since they opened a few years ago. Based on my experiences, I can tell they are honest people who let you know what needs to be done. They don't try to say you need this, that, and the other thing. more

They are straightforward people who are here to do the work on your car. They aren't here to find all these other things that are going to cost you more. more

Cutt Loose Auto Works & Collision center has always given me great service. They are always very upfront with women and not all mechanics are like that. I've been with them since they opened. They've done oil changes, worked on my brakes, and fixed some lights and stuff like that My experiences there keep me going back. They are trustworthy and very affordable. I've had oil changes and my brakes done with Cutt Loose Auto Works & Collision Center. They've also done some body work and electrical work on a van. It's all been great. They've diagnosed each problem well and the prices were decent. The people there are always polite and kind and they answer the phone right away. I ended up hitting a snow bank and it tore off my bumper. Cutt Loose Auto Works & Collision Center worked with my insurance company very well and had the bumper replaced and painted in a very reasonable time. The bumper looks excellent. I usually recommend most of my family to go there for mechanical needs. I also send clients that can't afford my prices. They're very affordable. I've been there since they opened. Their sparkling personalities keep me coming back. more

I have one of Cutt Loose's business cards on my desk for others to see! I've had no problems with them so far. They've done bodywork and fixed my wipers. They really treat you liked family. I actually enjoy going there! They don't talk to me like I don't know what I'm talking about just because I'm a woman, like a few other places do. They really accommodate me and have great parking. more

Cutt Loose has always been a five, ever since I started going there around when they first opened. They've always done good work, and I haven't had problems with having to go back. They recently helped me with an insurance job after someone opened her car door into my company truck (I'm on the road a lot for my job). Even that unfortunate incident worked out well. They got the vehicle in, got the insurance person in, and got the work done in only two days. more

I couldn't get over how well Cutt Loose Auto Works & Collision Center did everything and how quickly it was done. They replaced a condenser for the air conditioner in my car and then they also did an oil change. I had gone in and I had thought my air conditioner was just low on Freon, so I asked them to just put more Freon in. So they did and that didn't work so well so I brought it back in and they checked it out. They were very knowledgeable about what I needed and about the fact that I didn't need to buy a new condenser, but could buy a used one with a good warranty. They saved me about $195. I had gone in before for just an oil change. First off, they're close to my home. Secondly, they're very knowledgeable and if you don't need something, they tell you, which is very rare these days. I've recommended them to two of my neighbors. I think the biggest thing is the fact that they're affordable and they only fix what needs to fixed. more
