Price of work suggested was far out of line with what other shops had suggested. I used to trust you guys, very disappointing.

Cutshaw automotive is excellent!! They provided great customer service. They were honest and a lot of mechanics have the reputation of "getting over on you". Quick, friendly service 12/5/2014

Had two inspections done here and some new tires installed. Nothing too complicated but the service was quick and everyone was very friendly. My wife and I actually hung around the shop with the mechanics and talked about my car while they did the inspection. more

Love this place! I was there a while back trying to fix up my old Volvo. Sadly, we determined it was time to go. Instead of pressuring me in to fixing my car, they suggested the name of a wonderful salesman at Carmax. I headed right down the road and walked away with a new car later that evening. They do a quick, great job are incredibly friendly. They do not overcharge or try to pressure you into fixing unnecessary things. I feel very comfortable going here and knowing I will leave in a safe, improved car. Thanks, guys! more

Fantastic as always! 10/25/2014

Glenn is likely the best mechanic in Richmond and the only guy in the city I like to take my vehicle to. He takes his time to show me the issues my car is having and walks me through how to solve problems. The service I receive from him is always outstanding. Christy is also a delight at the front check-in computer (which is a great new addition). As always, Diego is a delight and I look forward to seeing him each time I pop in. I reccomend this place to everyone I know. Keep up the great work! more

Okay Experience 10/6/2014

I visited Cutshaw Automotive and had an okay experience. I felt that it took longer than it should to complete my oil change and that it was more expensive. I have previous been to Jiffy Lube and it was much faster and half the price. All of the employees I interacted with were great. more
