Cuts by US

I went in to get a simple hair cut and came out looking like i just came out of a meat market. They didn't make me pay for it. God, I hope not. I have no hair left!!!!!!!!! If you want hair after you leave don't go there because you won't have any!!!! Will never use them again!!!!!!!!! more

went for a trim signed in never was acknowledged as a customer.meanwhile one of the stylist was cutting her sons hair yelling at him and professionalism was out the door after about 20 minutes of being ignored went to walmart had a great stylist and gave her 30 dollar tip...you all are the worst form of customer service in valdosta hope your bosses wake up and realize the regulars you have arent always going to be there and you will need new clientele more

The first time I went there was to try out there tanning beds. They where rude when I told them what I wanted and didnt even show me where my bed was (I guess because they didn't get a tip out of it). The second time I tried out the place I had them do a quick trim to my hair with a deep conditioner and wanted my bangs done a lil differently. The deep condition lasted about 15 minutes and when I only had 5 minutes left she started on someones elses hair! So I was stuck there waiting on her to finish up. 20 minutes later she finally gets to me and I over here that she is graduating from school the next day! When she gets to my bangs, she doesnt even ask me how I want them, she just cuts regular short dorkey bangs! RUINED MY HAIR! Then she ran off to go pick up lunch for her and her boss. Evidentally she just wanted to finish up as quickley as possible so she could eat. In my opinion, she needes to skip a couple meals AND go back to school! more

I had high hopes for this place because of the eternal optimist within me. I didn't have a regular salon because at that point, I hadn't found anyone I was satisfied with. So when I got a coupon in the mail for this place, I went ahead and walked in (plus: walk-ins are always welcome). When I sat in the chair, the woman's first comment was negative--about my hair color. She continued to talk about it while she cut my hair. When I left, my split ends were gone, but my hair was bell-shaped. Eww. I won't be going back. more
