Customs and Classics rebuilt my '64 Lincoln Convertible and did a great job. It was stripped down completely and put back together with a mix of new a refurbished parts. They did a nice job of identifying which parts really needed to be replaced and which could be salvaged. they were also fair to me when there were overruns on time or materials due to unforeseen problems. Rebuilding classic cars is an art and not a science. more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ASSISTANCE! i called their location for a simple estimate on a part i needed fabbed up (two brackets and a 2"" tube bar being welded together) and the man on the phone (whoever he was) said he couldn't do it! I asked him why, he said it was a violation of his liability restrains. I said, ""well im telling you what this is for, but for all you know it is for a skateboard."" he responds, ""now you're lying to me, telling me its for a skateboard?!"" i said, ""no... i said for all you know its for a skateboard; there is no liability issues."" the guy on the phone then hung up on me. NEVER HAVE A DEALT WITH ANYONE AT A PROFESSIONAL SHOP WHO ACTED SO CHILDISH! I can only imagine how good their work is with an attitude that someone else's work is less important than the others. more
