A friend of mine was getting married in Las Vegas and wanted custom printed gifts for the guests. We shopped around for prices and wanted to get a feel for the people she would be dealing with. We were given a tour by one of the owners who was very friendly. Afterwards he sat down with us and discussed exactly what it was that we wanted for these gifts. If he did not believe something would turn out as my friend hoped it would then he let her know and made suggestions that were similar. There was not much that he could not do but he wanted to make sure that my friend was completely happy. They settled on some personalized gifts and we were both very excited to see how they came out. It took a few days less than he estimated and when we came back to the shop to see them we were thrilled! The work was absolutely beautiful! He even printed a few extra in case we found any scratches or anything that dissatisfied us in the 500 that he printed for us. Great company and great people. I don't know how well these folks work out for other customers, but they cost me almost $1000 in destroyed product, lost time, remanufacturing products they ruined, non-existent communication and overall shoddiness of craft. They'll ""yes"" you to death then forget all about whatever it was they said ""yes"" to. I delivered 50 panels to be screen printed. They gave me back all 50 with a smile and a ""you're all good to go"". When I got back to my shop and inspected the panels, 10 of them were ruined because they used paint thinner to wipe off printing mistakes which also dulled or removed the powder-coating on my parts. The ones that I 'could' use were just barely acceptable print quality. When I dropped off the order, I insisted that they print ONE unit so I could inspect it before moving forward. Of course, they just went ahead and printed all 50. If this is the only place you can find that will silk screen items which are not tee shirts, then be careful.
