DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN , HE WILL LIE AND CUT CORNERS EVERY CHANCE HE WILL GET. DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY MONEY UNTIL THE JOB IS COMPLETE AND HAS PASSED A HOME INSPECTORS REPORT. DO NOT GIVE HIM A KEY TO YOUR HOME TO DO WORK LIKE I DID . DO NOT TRUST HIM, HE WILL DENY EVERYTHING YOU SAY, MAKE SURE YOU GET IT IN WRITING.
