These people are TOTALLY INCOMPETENT !!!! \r I got a car starter about a year and a half ago, been back 3 times already!! They were SUPER nice when I bought it, but..... the first time I came back for service the sales guy literally walked away from me after he found out i wasn't buying anything and told some other guy to ""check me in"". The second time it took ALMOST 2 HOURS!! (about the same time it took to put it in).!!!!\r The 3rd time they were RUDE and CONDESCENDING!!! Like I didn't know how to use it properly! I've had a car starter in every car i own for over 10 years and never had to go back more than once for service. Should have stayed with the last place. more

These people are so reliable...we bought a car remote starter 8 years ago from them...they repair it, reprogram it, tune it up all free. I love these guys. No bologna,, .no nonsense...just fix the thing for free....the best in town, easily... more

Remote Car Starter 8/12/2011

I recently had a remote car starter and an indash GPS DVD system installed. I was very satisfied with the service and product. The salesman even went outside and showed my wife how everything works. My wife works at a hospital and she can remote start her van from the 4th floor....now her co-workers are jealous...I'm writing this review because it is well deserved...Thanks CR more

A pleasure to do business here. 10/16/2009

After my car dealer told me that if I got a remote car starter somewhere else it might void my warranty (FALSE). I decided to check around and Custom Radio kept coming up as the place to go. They were far more knowledgable than anyone else and I could't be more pleased with the job they did for me. I got a remote starter that works perfect and at half the price my dealer quoted. Plus, I can turn on my rear defroster and my heated seats right from the tiny remote they put in. Other places did not even offer these features. Don't waste your time, go to Custom Radio. Pros: Very honest, terrific service and nice people. more

Best car audio installers on the planet! 1/27/2009

I went to Custom Radio to upgrade the factory sound in my Avalance. They hooked me up with an MMats amp and 2 MMats 12"" woofers. Made a custom sub box with trim to match my ride, added neon accent lighting and just did an unbelievable job on the install. I got more than I dreamed I would get and the sound is way better than I thought it could be. These guys know what they are talking about. I took their recommendation over what I was going to do and could not be happier. All my friends said to go to Custom Radio and now I will be saying the same. Best people in the world! 9/27/2008

These guys are the best. I got a remote car starter here and the product and installation was perfect. I love my car starter and keyless entry. They were so nice explaining the features and the price. (Which, incidently was the best price after shopping several stores including the ""big box' stores . ) They have been in business for over 28 years and now I can see why. Sometimes girls and electronics can be challenging, but Custom Radio made me feel at home. I am going back next spring to get a sun roof installed. Pros: Easy in, easy out. Lifetime parts and labor warranty for no extra charge. more
