We have been using Custom for 3 years now for our Low Air Loss mattresses and Negative Pressure pumps. I believe they are a smaller company based in Macon. We switched our service from Hill-Rom after being with them for several years and I have been extremely happy with CMS. Chris and Tyler are outstanding employees and are on the ball with our needs and issues. Tim and Jason are very laid back and seem to know exactly when to pop in and out to make sure we have everything we need. If there is ever an issue, it is resolved quickly and effortlessly with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. I have never felt pressured or pushed into making a decision from them and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend them to anyone looking to switch their bed business! Thanks guys!
