They help us maintain the pellet stove we bought from them. They take great care of their products. It took a while to figure out a problem with the stove and it wasn't covered under warranty by that time but they fixed it anyways. Great customer service. more

Great service! 4/13/2012

We recently had our furnace serviced and our sump pump fixed. Our technician was very courteous and knowledgeable in giving us some tips to help maintain and extend the life of our furnace. They were able to identify the problems that they found and act upon them that day. We are really pleased with their quality of service and we plan on using them again. more

Above and beyond quality, great to do business with 4/4/2012

I really think Custom Heating & Plumbing went beyond the call of duty when they installed my pellet stove. The quality of there installation was great. They were meticulous with the placing of the stove and were very careful of everything around the area of where the installation took place. They installed it quickly and were very knowledgeable about the installation process when they explained everything to me. They came first think in the morning too and I am overall extremely happy with them in every aspect. more

I am very satisfied with my experiences with Custom Heating and Plumbing. We had a problem with our stove which we bought from them and couldn't figure out what it was. They found the problem and fixed the stove, even though it was just past warranty. They did a good job of coming out and getting things done.\r - Bliss A. more
