Custom Glass Tinting

The owner is a complete d*ck!!!! DO NOT GO HERE! Beware of the short man, Art, who is the owner of this hole-in-the-wall business. There were bubbles on my window and he told me to bring it in so he can "fix" it. He ended up taking off all of the tints without even telling me! When I asked for an explanation he said "this is how we do business here." Then he had the nerve to say that he didn?t have time to do my windows because they were "dirty". Total bull sh*t! The guy who runs the place is an a**hole! I brought 2 cars there to have the windows tinted. One was 6 years ago. I remembered calling a day before to set up an appointment, I asked if they give lifetime warranty, the guy said yes. When I came in the next day, I told him that I was the one who called, he said that he does not take appointments seriously because alot of people does not show up. I asked about the warranty again, he said that it is only for 5 years. For me 5 years is OK, but he lied to me on the phone when he said they do have lifetime. I still got my window tinted for that car and they did a good job. So, when I needed my second car tinted, I still went there. I heard him talk to his employees b*tchin about how I parked infront of his shop, I didn't know I was not supposed to, because there were no signs. When I looked at his window tint samples, I asked if he has anymore other than those, he accused me of not listening. When I was about to give him my key, he still kept more

Brought my car in to have tinted.\r Took about 2 hours to get done. I did not inspect the tint untill I got home. Upon inspection I noticed 3 air bubbles, wrinkles in the tint and debris on one of the pieces. Scrap tint was left in the trunk. I called up and explained the bubbles and was told "give it 2 days to clear up"\r Came back the next weekend to have the one piece replaced and was told the problems with the tint were due to me rushing the installers. ???? WTF!\r I waited with my daughter on the install day untill they told me my car was finished and handed me my keys. I never asked for them to hurry because rush jobs always come out substandard.\r They finally replaced the one piece of tint and did a good job. \r Overall quality of entire job after fixed = very nice\r Customer service = terrible\r Price = $180 for a 5 piece tint\r Overall = Not worth the hasel I had to deal with and would have been happier spending $100 more some where else. more

I've had my Lincoln Navigator and my wife's BMW worked on here. We got a discount too for bringing in two cars. They have great service and the prices are pretty good. They did a pretty clean job and so far there has been no bubbles or any signs of the tint fading. They use quality tint and do a quality job. more
