What a life saver!! My daughter was getting married in a week and my husband broke our sun room tabletop. With guests arriving in less than a week and a half, we needed a new tabletop...and fast!!\r \r The girl at the counter was very friendly and went above and beyond what we wanted.\r \r We tried calling several other glass companies and they could not get us a tabletop in time. Fast service at Wholesale Glass and everyone who I spoke with were so down to earth.\r \r The only negative I have is that they didn't have a machine to take credit / debit cards. It's cash or check only. I'd definitly call them though. Pros: Friendly, Lowest Price, and Fast. Cons: No credit/debit card machine. more

I called this company to replace an outdoor glass tabletop. My husband and I gave correct measurements from our own measurements and the furniture company's guidelines. The woman who took the order over the phone was suprisingly RUDE and hung up on my husband when he had very simple questions related to the order. The piece was delivered by a person who told us he would be back the next day to 'shave down' the piece on two sides as it was obviously not the correct size. We called the day after wondering where that person was... when we were told rudely over the phone by a woman that the business has just been bought out and they cannot do anything about our recieving the wrong product from the company. After many unfortunate and disrespectful treatment over phone calls. The new owner Eddie finally came to our home and picked up the glass. He immediately measured the glass himself and did find that it was the wrong size. He took it back to the shop to correct it. Days later when checking on our order, we were told that it would cost us 100 dollars for them to correct their mistake and for us to recieve the product we ordered. They are making the wrong business decisions if they want to give this business any type of reputation. You CANNOT make the customer responsible for paying for your incompetence. There is NO integrity in any of the decisions being made at Wholesale Glass and Mirror ~ even by the new owner who has a foot high stack of requisitions for orders that he cannot fill for weeks yet to come. Cons: Poor customer service, rude more
