Run, don't walk from this place. I took these guys a coat for what should have been an easy job (I could have done it myself but was feeling lazy), and they ruined it. It took 3 weeks for the coat to be ready. When it came back it looked like they did not clean it, but it had nice hole the size of quarter in the sleeve. Fast forward 3 weeks later and they have now cleaned the coat, and done an awful job gluing the hole shut and will not even refund the cost of cleaning. This place does not stand behind their work and have no ethics. I would consider the gentlemen running this place to be borderline criminal.\r more

Very Disappointed!!!! 2/18/2012

This was my first time taking my comforter to the cleaners. I wanted it dry cleaned because I did not want it to fade. When I picked up my comforter I immediately noticed it was faded. I got home spread it out and noticed there was splotches all over it, there was a foul odor, and most importantly a rip. This comforter has never been washed and certainly wasnt ripped (something I would have noticed, b/c I'm anal like that). I cant believe these people destroyed my comforter and acted like nothing happen. I loved this comforter!!! Now it stinks so bad I cant even use it. I can't wash it b/c my washer is too small. I LOATHE Custom Cleaners and b/c of them I will never trust another dry cleaners. more

THE WROST SERVICES EVER!!! 9/23/2011

I ONLY BEEN 2X IN THIS CLEANSER BC IT CLOSE TO MY JOB.. THE FRIST TIME I WAS DISSATIFIED AND THE SECOND TIME AGAIN. THE PRICE ARE HIGH FOR OK SERVICE. THE PEOPLE IN THE FRONT ARE RUDE ESPECALLY THE CHINESE OWNER. HE IS THE SHORT MAN WHO IS ALWAYS THERE IN THE FRONT . THEY ARE UNFRIENDLY AND JUST WANT YOUR $$$. I BELIEVE A BUSINESS IS A GOOD BUSINESS FOR THEIR GOOD QUALITY AND GOOD SERVICE OF THE STAFF..\r AVOID THIS CLEANERS... THANK YOU. \r P.S. they will not work try to fix the problem && check your recipt they will charge "" enviromental fee"" which it there cost to pay, not US. more
