Reliable, Friendly and Professional Service 10/7/2008

Custom Car Alarms have installed the alarms and stereos on all the vehicles I've had over the past 12 years. My Honda CRV was broken into and vandalized (should have hidden my portable GPS unit) recently. I woke up when I heard the alarm and the thieves departed with only the GPS and an old iPod (glovebox.) My stereo, while vandalized still worked. It wasn't stolen due to the excellent installation that was done by Custom Car Alarms. Pros: Easy to find, large workshop, fast friendly service more

Custom Car Alarms Leaves Cause for Alarm 11/7/2007

Bad products. Rude service from employees. The manager acts like he cares but does not solve your problems. Nobody can do anything quickly. They do not stand behind what they sell. Can never get in touch with anyone live, you always get the answering machine. They are frequently closed during key business hours. I'm stuck with an $1,800 GPS system that tells me I'm on Hollywood Blvd. The only problem is I live in San Francisco. This is the third one they've installed that has reverted to this. They refuse to give me a different system by a different manufacturer. Pros: They don't try and oversell you Cons: They don't have a good selection of products more
