Stay Way! 0 out of 10 Stars... Initially everything was fine until I gave them my deposit. Now that I need to have a few questions answered and start my case, they are playing hide and seek. I've left 6 messages over the past 2 weeks with not a single return call. The receptionist simply tells me that Mr. Curtis has received my messages and will return my call. more

They have NEVER been rude or unhelpful with any question or service requested. All phone calls were returned promptly and courteously by either Mr. Curtis or his staff. Great help during tough times 11/22/2010

I have found myself in dyer straits financially in 2009. I couldn't pay my debt so I decided to file bankruptcy. I found Curtis Law Group and met with Mr. Robert Curtis within a week of speaking with him. He was kind, understanding and professional. He reassured me that we will be able to go through the process smoothly. The staff that I worked with where extremely helpful and helped me understand what was to be done in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who is looking for a firm that is not only good at what they do but also makes you feel like you matter in this stressful situation. more

Not a happy client 3/19/2010

Mr. Curtis is rude. I found him very nice until I had a problem with my case. I complained to the Irvine office and Mr. Curtis called me 4 days later and proceeded to yell at me. I paid way too much money for his services and received horrible customer service. I also found them very disorganized. Thankfully my case went fine but my hearing was in December and I still do not have discharge papers. I could have paid less, a lot less, and received better care. Cons: Unprofessional and rude more
