Their receptionist and office manager were very rude. I called about rescheduling an appointment, you hold and hold to get any one live, then when you do you have to wait three weeks to a month to get an appointment with the doctors. They have no cancellation waiting list (not enough staff was what I was told..very arrogantly, as well as rudely told that some doctors have three month waiting lists) I was going to become a new patient of Dr. Curran, and already had an appointment to see Dr. Milkman. I have cancelled that appointment as well. \r This is not an office I would do business with, there are plenty of doctors in the city of San Francisco! I was a pharmaceutical rep in the past and if the staff is like this, so are the doctors. i've just read the review from aleena about debra osman and am amazed - like her, i've been a patient with bayspring for over 15 years and have found dr osman very easy to work with - in fact i've been pleasantly surprised at the way she takes time to really discuss issues and options with me, since i know she probably has several patients waiting at any one time\r the office staff has had its ups and downs but the current crew seem to be efficient and helpful\r if only they had email i'd be 100% satisfied! Pros: good docs esp Dr. Milkman (for ob/gyn only) and Dr. Osman (internist) Cons: new location near St. Francis Hospital not as convenient as Fillmore St. was, sometimes long waits more

I thought this was another office, I don't have any info on this office. It may be good. It may not be. I can't figure out how to undo my review. Pros: Good doctors Cons: Office is poorly run. Very long wait times on phone and for appts. more

I have been a satsfied patient with Bay Springs Medical Group (originally Bay Springs Womens Medical Group) for 15 years. Recently I had the oppotunity to talk with Debra Osman concerning a medical situation, Debra Osman is one of the rudest doctors I have ever come in contact with. It appears that she is attempting decrease the number of satisfied patients in the practice. Patients depend on doctors that are caring and understanding; this doctor is neither. Debra Osman is not open to mutual communication and is quick to cut you off.The practice must be desperately in need of doctors to put up with this blatently rude individual. more

I found Dr. Osman to be cold, arrogant, and disrespectful. When I had a question she raised her voice and rudely stated how she didn?t have time to answer my questions. I don?t need warm and fuzzy, but I deservie to be treated with respect. After three appointments that left me feeling bad, I switched to Dr. Leah Tesseler and have had a FABULOUS experience. more

Debra Osman is a caring, supportive and knowledgable doctor who repects her patients. I have been seeing her since about 1990. She is not chatty, but never makes you feel like you are taking up too much of her time. She does not blame you for whataever your conditions is, but rather tries to help you deal with it, in the best way. She is serious about your health and takes you seriously. \r \r I have heard things about Baysprings clinic and have experienced some negative things with the clinic, but I feel so strongly about Osman that I am willing to put up with some things. Usually the staff you deal with when you are at the office is friendly and polite, but sometimes those on the phone are snippy and unhelpful.\r \r Dr. Osman will take care of you and will help you take care of yourself.
