Cupertino Plumbing did the re-piping of our house. We had a new sink installed in the garage, based on their recommendation. In the process, they found a leak from one of the toilets going under the house - they showed us videos of it, so it was truthful. They were able to do both jobs, very costly, but completed as they said, using the material they promised.
One thing I liked is, the fact that they provided a copy of their license and their insurance policy in their packet so that we knew they were employees and not contractors. They worked very clean, making sure my floors were covered with tarps.
There was just one issue that came up. I had to call them today because some of the screws were too long for the sink which damaged the wall. They were more than willing to take care of it (assuming at no charge) - very responsive.
This also might be picky on my part, but the reason I did not give them five stars across the board is, they don’t have many options for the toilets we upgraded. We did a lot of research on our own and their toilets were highly rated online. But, I really wished they would carry other brands. It’s not their fault that I don’t like them and they also didn’t push me to purchase them. They are indeed the best brand, plus, Frank gave us 20 percent off on the sales price. Overall, if you’re looking for an honest, well-run company that does good work, call Cupertino Plumbing!
