What a horrible sunday experience, the service waitresses only cared if we ordered. The younger girls provided coffee at all times, that was the only bright star. Older waitresses did not care if needed anything or if the food was ok. Just placed our food on the table and walked away. Same when she dropped the check off, threw it on the table and walked away. Biscuits and gravy was horrible. I told the busser, but she just looked at me and walked away. I told the cashier, and got a reply that i am not the ower, nothing i can do. Going to be some time before we go back. Manager needs help in training and caring about customers experience or something. more

How in the world can some people call this a little gem? I seriously have yet to understand how some can say the food is good at this place. Let's just go down the list.\r First, name does not match decor. Second, way to many girls and ladies serving and tending to customers to the point that it is annoying and makes them look even more disorganized. Third, if I want fast food I would have gone to Dunkin Donuts, McDonald's, or Burger King and even they're slower than Cup & Saucer, makes me wonder just how fresh is this food. Fourth, my son got food poisoning and we left a good 80% of the food on the plate, Fifth, Hormel Corn Beef Hash tastes and looks better than what we were served. Sixth, the coffee was not good at all. Seventh, the jelly on the table, really just how old are they? My husband spread some on his toast, or should I say "tried to spread some on his toast" and that was just plain nasty. I think the food inspector skips this place and goes straight for the fast food chains. We've eaten at a lot of places from Miami to NYC and Chicago and this by far is the WORST place ever. My 18 year old daughter cooks better than they do and maybe I should listen to the baseball moms and open a little cafe myself. more

I was hopeful when I ordered biscuits and gravy for breakfast on weekday morning. We were the only customers in the place, yet service was lackidaisical at best. I was quite uncomfortable actually. The biscuits were clearly not fresh. They were hard and overcooked. The gravy had a taste that lingers in your memory in a very bad way. \r \r Although there may be decent food here, I will never know it. I can't go back. The first time was too terrible. I really resent paying good money for incredibly bad food, with unfriendly service. more

Located in a strip mall on Jog, this little gem has some scrumptious inventions such as "mango-peach salsa" and "back woods pie," along with a pretty nice "banana nut french toast with warmed maple syrup" ..but they forgot the syrup. Though friendly, the service can often seem rushed and ingenuine but they get the job done. more
