Cump's, Italian for friend. Super Sub, 24"" is definetly super in my book. Located in Bloomfield, Pittsburgh's little Italy. The place definetly fit's in this local neighborhood. With it's gangster themed names for each of there sub's. The friendly service adds as an excelent compliment to there newly opened rear patio. I gave them 5 stars based on the uniqueness, the ombiance, the service, and the biggest and best hoagie in the city. Pros: 24"" Hoagies more

Best Value in Pittsburgh 4/18/2009

Cump's, home of the super sub, is one of the best sandwich shops in all of Pittsburgh. I am 200lbs and a 6"" usually fills me up for lunch. I don't think a human could consume the 24"" in one sitting. The meat is always plentiful and fresh, the bread is toasted and hearty, and the fixin's are perfectly proportioned. The service is incredibly friendly and the ambiance is distinctly Pittsburgh. I am fortunate to live in the neighborhood, but I think Cump's would be worth a drive. I took my Dad when he was in town, and I think he summarizes it best... ""THIS is a sandwich!"" Pros: Awesome portions, fresh food, great service more
