Horrible! The employes were rude and treated our group disrespectful. Also, the quality of their mix nuts were awful. If the employes were respectful my experience would have been enjoyable. more

HORRIBLE customer service and management, and CROOKED, SWINDLING OWNERS! (But great chocolate covered grapes.) **Be warned!** I purchased gift certificates through City Deals for Cummings Chocolates in order to bring the price of their chocolates within a REASONABLE price range. I took the long drive out to Cummings to get chocolates for my mothers birthday and when I went to give them the gift certificates they told me that City Deals had just that morning they stopped taking them because they were having problems getting paid from City Deals. (Of course quickly after that it became news that City Deals was having problems.) I explained to them my situation and received NO explanation or help, just a snotty attitude and a cold shoulder. I tried to explain that this predicament is due to a bad business deal that THEY did with City Deals. THIS IS AN ISSUE BETWEEN THEM AND CITY DEALS! But, because THEY are having problems collecting their money, they are perfectly fine making their CUSTOMERS pay the price!! This is a company that obviously puts their extremely high margins and profits AHEAD of decent, honest customer service. They were perfectly happy to tell me that I was the one that was going to pay the price for THEM not getting paid by a company that THEY signed up for and had an agreement with. CROOKS. Might I add that I then attempted to use other City Deal gift certificates at other businesses since then and they have ALL told me that they are having troubles getting paid but they are still honoring the gift certificates in the name of honesty and good customer service. Three of these places were Golden Spoon, Rock Creek Pizza, and Platinum Car Wash. Because of their handling of this situation, these three businesses have a customer for life, and Cummings will NEVER have my business or the business of anyone I can influence to not go there. So, if honesty and integrity is something that you feel businesses that you patronize should have, then DO NOT go to Cummings! more

Cummings chocolates AT THIS LOCATION is the best. There other locations but it didn't taste the same at all. BE CAREFUL that you get the ORIGINAL company. While the prices are a bit high and the people are sometimes VERY nice and others NOT (like all places) YOU WON'T BE dissapointed in the creamy taste..mmm THEY ARE EXTREMLY KIND and EFFICENT when ordering over phone for delivery to another STATE!! I must say that I'm really glad that Cummings Chocolates is finally online. I grew up with Cummings Chocolates as a kid, and I'm really excited to see it growing so well. Things were easy to find on the website, and they had all the flavors that I have grown addicted to over the years! Keep up the good work.
