I would like to personally thank you for excellent customer service, and more importantly, for securing my faith in Volvo as a high quality car held to excellent service standards. Without going into exhaustive detail, my car has been losing oil, without a known cause, for approximately 18K miles, and another Volvo dealership in the South Bay area had refused to acknowledge or fix the problem. By the time I decided to take my car to Culver City Volvo, I had pretty much given up any expectations for Volvo to address and remedy the problem.
I was more than pleasantly surprised.
I would like to thank Ken first, for taking my car in, managing the process, gathering the paperwork, keeping me abreast of the status of the repair, as well as letting me know that he would be on vacation when my car was expected to be finished, so that I would be hearing from another service member while he was away.
