So I simply took my car in for a smog check and failed miserably. There was something really wrong with my 2005 Mercedes and I had no idea until I was hooked up to the smog machin...

Great fair price 8/13/2010

I had my car at the dealer for regular service, they informed me i needed shocks, could not believe thier prices, i know i am driving a German car but those prices were extreme. Talked to a friend, called you you gave me a great fair price, free loaner, washed my car, life is good thanks. more

Man you guys are even better than what people say about you, came in greeted with a smile, left car there for a disgnoses, you called me back when you said you would, price was fair, best of all the convenience was there, FREE LOANER, did not have to wait to have rental car company pick me up and waist my day. More than I expected 7/26/2010

As a recent divorcee, car care is all new to me. I went to Culver Automotive for the first time to get a smog check and some other work, and I saw letters from their customers on the walls. They were from people thanking them. It made a big impression on me that people were moved to write to them. Not only did I get my brakes fixed and a tire alignment, they also gave me a loaner car, which I never expected. It meant I could go to work without having to inconvenience anybody. It was free of charge. I never expected that from an auto repair shop. more

Done in 10 mins 7/21/2010

In and out of here with a new tire in under 10 minutes! On a Saturday nonetheless. I called ahead and let them know I was coming. The quote was reasonable. Not the cheapest price, but definitely not the most expensive. The final total actually came in under the original quote, which I liked. more

Organized and clean 7/16/2010

I just moved here from another state for business, came in for smog to reg. my car in calif. you handed me your card and offered your services, the place looked organized and clean. I decided to try you out, you gave me a free loaner, called me with est before work was started, prices very fair, i was really impressed, i will tell my co workers about your business. I was totally impressed 7/13/2010

I have been going to the dealer for service and repair, they charge too much and treated me like another number, then i asked a friend for a good repair place for my mercedes, he directed me to your shop, at first i was worried about going to a shop other than the dealer, from the first greeting and the way you handled the repair from start to finsh i was totally impressed, the free loaner was a plus. Thank you my car is running great and i did not feel like i had to take out a loan for the repairs. Lance more

Demitry greeted me with a smile 6/28/2010

The awesome guys at Culver Automotive called me out on my yelping. Yes - after months of fearing that someone would recognize me from a review and the months of realizing that that idea is self-centered and paranoid - Demitry greeted me when I returned for said door handle replacement with a smile, "I know what you say about us online..." What?!?! Sounded like the start of a slasher flick, but no, it was the beginning of something beautiful. In return for my pretty good review (albeit bad words to say about the loaner car), Demitry loaned me one of the cars they were selling - an early 90s model Mercedes. Yeah, that's right. I was cruisin, lookin hot, takin names and... uhh... not knowing how to open the trunk so I couldn't park in my office building. Anyway... Thanks Demitry. Hope you're reading :) more

The work was exceptional 6/24/2010

I took my Jeep to Dimitri @ Culver Tire automotive for a dent removal and painting. He gave me a quote that was considerably lower than some of the others I had received and explained exactly what they would be doing. He told me that it would take a couple of days and provided me with a loaner free of charge. I found that the work was exceptional and the service was first rate. more

Let's face it: anything having to do with auto repair, parts replacement, etc. can be very intimidating. You go in thinking you have only one item to fix and then you are being called out to your vehicle by the tech and it brings back those horrible memories of being called to the Principal's office. Not so fun, right? Well, I needed my rear bumper, side bumper and bracket replaced on my car. I called around and got very high price quotes. When I saw Dimitry, he told me exactly what I needed and came in at $200 less than the cheapest guy on the phone. I wanted quality, new original parts and a good price and I found all of that with Dimitry and his guys at Culver Automotive! They are very honest and will let you know what your options are, so that if you are on a budget, you can fix the problem without breaking your wallet! Thank you, Dimitry!!! more
