I too am having trouble with contacting the Culligan Owner in Kingsland. One of the drivers drove on my septic drain field and crushed some of it. I keep calling and the same lady tells me he is in a meeting. Yhis must be a long meeting, he has been at this ""meeting"" since Tuesday. I think the only way i might get to talk to him is in Small claims court. I would be weary of the service. more

Don't let them near your home! 5/2/2012

I purchased one of their most expensive units and they installed it improperly. It discharged onto my AC unit causing about $2000 worth of damage. They refused to return my calls and instead had their insurance investigator do a phone interview with me. She concluded that Culligan did nothing wrong and they would not pay to fix my AC. I have written statements from the AC repair service stating that it was clearly Culligan's fault.I have contacted the BBB and written a complaint and they still refuse to contact me. more
