I originally ordered these cupcakes for my employees because the price was right. However, after tasting them, I can honestly say that I would happily pay more for them. These are the ONLY cupcakes I would order for any event! They are delicious, moist and light with the best tasting frosting ever! Great health-conscious food and service 7/14/2008

The weekly meal program was wonderful! The meals were healthy, seasonal, tasty, affordable with ample servings and delightful presentations. The program is boon for busy baby-boomers and caregivers for elderly/sick parents. My 89 year old Father loved the meals, as did I. We really miss them. Highly Recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!! Emma Tate provides such personalized service that you will have to search very hard to find anywhere else. she makes the effort to make sure each one of her catering events are a unique experience. I have personally experienced her meal planning service where she personalizes your own unique meal plan according to what you want in your diet. I love picking up my order which has included such specialties as her turkey meatloaf, mixed greens and cabbage, spinach seasoned with resh garlic, my favorite vegetable she prepares for me is her asparagus. My son loves her TriTip which is seasoned to perfection and oh so tender. If you want to watch your weight and stick to a consistent healthy meal plan Emma Tate at Culinary Delight is the place to call. more

Absolutely amazing! 7/9/2008

I absolutely recommended Culinary Delight Catering because ""Emma"" is fantastic. She's friendly and knows how to cook/cater and what else can you ask for. The bacon wrapped scallops were delicious, the red velvet cupcakes were amazing, the chipotle chicken skewers with the cranberry sauce were to die for. more

From first class customer service, to exquisite delectables, Culinary Delight Catering is more than a cut above the rest, they have set the standard for divine catering. We use Culinary Delight Catering as our Cater of choice for our events. All we have to do is call them and tell them what we need and they do the rest. Flowers, rentals, DeeJays, Limos, Entertainment, etc. Pros: Always willing to help Cons: None at all more

She personalizes each event and cares for it as if it were her own. Has every service at her fingertips: rental tables/linen, personalized cakes (best in town!!), and, most of all, her culinary talent is unmatched: pastas, appetizers, fruit specially flown in to her approval, etc.. And her prices are extremely competitive without considering the enormous effort she mounts into each event. Emma Tate even attended my party to make sure everything ran smoothly! The fact that it's their 28th year speaks for its self 7/2/2008

Our office consists of mostly guys, and we can eat!! Culinary Delight respect that fact and make sure us guys can get our second serving. They give ample portions. You know their food is cooked with love, just speak to Emma and she will let you know that cooking is her passion and she has to feel it. Pros: Fresh tasty food, excellent customer service more

I've done several events with Emma and Culinary Delights and it is always a pleasure. She takes care of every detail. She keeps up the line of the communication if something changes. The food is always tasty, and most importantly - THEY ARE PUNCTUAL!!!!!!! more

Best Caterer I've Ever Used ... And I know Caterers! 7/2/2008

Emma & Co. put the ""Delight"" in Culinary Delight Catering. I have never been less than extraordinarily pleased with the food AND SERVICE that we get from these fine folks. We have turned to Culinary Delight for every type of presentation - from premium hor d' oeuvres to a full plated meal, boxed lunches and Emma's magical cupcakes - and have been delighted EVERY time - without exception. I would highly recommend for any type of event, meeting or get together no matter how small or large. more

As the special events coordinator for an Ad agency that consists of over 500 + agency personel we are always looking for vendors with a menu and food quality that makes them unique. Culinary Delight Catering fits the criteria in every aspect; the quantity (value for your money), their elaborate menu options and of course the taste. What I love is the endless possibilities they can do; need something that's not on the menu, no problem you'll get it anyway. There is no mountain too high that Culinary Delight Catering can not conquer. more

Emma's cuisine is beyond mouth watering and savory. As a cultural statement, ""she put her foot in those greeens"" is mild. The food is fresh, seasonsed with perfection and prepared with love. Cater all of your events. You'll return for an encore. more
