Terrible Customer Service by Doug- Manager at Cuivre River! 12/1/2011

I have always had good encounters with Cuivre River and it takes one person who is insensitive and gives poor customer service to take that away for a company. I had an interaction with Doug, who was supposed to be the supervisor/Manager on duty. He was not willing to hear the situation and had his mind set before even taking the call. He was insensitive and did not put the customer first. He represents Cuivre River poorly and it was a terrible experience talking with him. I am very upset with Cuivre River for taking on an employee like Doug and having him represent them. Pros: null Cons: null more

Great Electric Service 11/15/2005

Cuivre River Electric is my all time favorite Electric Company. They offer many different services. They are very customer friendly. You can pay your bill a variety of ways, you can go and pay in cash, check or charge, at the office, or mail it in. Pay by phone, or just mail it in. One time I had a problem with our electric box, and the linesman was out to my house in no time flat. more
