I constantly caught Paul and Denis In lies. I swear, my wife and I built this house with the contractors. We should get a 1099 for all of the work we did. They are in financial trouble. Why do business with a builder that doesn't have enough employees and is extremely unprofessional? They never finished the punch list and now I am left to do more work. They have zero communication skills. Don't let their quiet manner fool you. They are dumb and couldn't care less about time tables or contacts for that matter. YOU DESERVE BETTER!! more

Save yourself years of agony and head aches and use ANY other builder than Cugini. My experience has terrible just like everyone else on this board. Completely unresponsive, unaccountable and incredibly unprofessional!. My condo was close to 400,000 and 3 years later still has plumbing issues AND engineering issues that result in me not being able to sell it - EVER!. DONT USE THIS BUILDER NO MATTER WHAT PAUL SAYS. HE IS A COWARD AND A HORRIBLE BUSINESS PERSON. more

If you decide to work with them, get ready to work with, unresponsive builders, horrible contractors, and delay after delay. They are extremely unorganized. I swear if I had 6 months in the industry I would do 10 times better than these bozos! The builders never have any clue what is happening to the house. They are completely clueless and they never return calls. I have to constantly remind myself that I am the client. They never make you feel like you matter. Pathetic. more

After seeing the work (or lack thereof) on my sister's new home I will not consider Cugini and Capoccia for work I may need. Constant delays, no or poor communication by builders, and a hollow shell of a generator! Inept... If I could give no stars I would. more

Purchased a new home through Cugini and Cappocia Builders INC. They were unprofessional and blatantly dishonest from the start. Never met any deadlines and didnt finish our home on time. We had no choice but to buy it as is since we had already sold ours. They continue to make promises and never deliver. When caught in blatant lies they pass the buck to contractors or quickly shift blame. They are extremeley rude to the point of personal attacks when they are challenged. They will not return calls and they completely ignore requests to remedy punch list items. I think they are struggling financially and looking to cut corners where ever they can. Once they get your signature on the dotted line they will never devote any financial resources or man hours to your home again. Would never do business with them again. more

Recently purchased a condo from Cugini through the agent Dave. The layout is one of the most unique designs I have seen, particularly in Columbus. After 2 years of searching, I knew the condo was perfect for me. As with most new builds, I had my fair share of last minute repairs/minor defects but Dave went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy, even months after closing. I did have some issues with a few of their contractors of choice but even these issues were rectified by Dave. The builders themselves reek of arrogance and would benefit from a lesson in customer service. more

Unresponsive company who doesn't back their product up. I live in a new house, with far too numerous painting and construction mistakes. The company did complete (actually didn't even start) our walk through requests. Horrible company filled with liars. Save yourself lots of money and headaches, and find a different builder, trust me! more
