i love cue ball!!! it is a really chill place to go when you don't really feel like going out anywhere too extravagant. there are always pool tables and it only costs about 7buck...

cue ball the pool place! 10/4/2005

This place is an excellent hang out point for youngsters 16-21 years old. The pool tables in there are in pretty good quality and the players aren't that bad. Meaning the players don't start fights when they lose and they lose gracefully. Usually young adults are in there and the post is ideal, on main street right across from mcdonalds, so you can go grab a bite when your done. more

The Cue Ball 9/25/2005

This place was not that great. But I would give it a good just because their service was nice. The prices were not nice but the stuff they sold were nice. Although it gets expensive, it almost feels like this is not a local store. It feels like I'm on a trip and I'm going into a souvenir shop. Because everything at souvenir shops are expensive than local stores. So I conclue to my opinion that this is okay and I would not recommend it to everybody though. more

Billard 8/20/2005

The Cue Ball is a small billiard hall that appeals to the younger crowds. They have quite a few pool tables. They have pretty good equipment, but it’s not top of the line. They serve alcohol for a decent price. They start checking I.D. around 8pm-10pm (I’m not sure exactly when), so if you’re younger than 18, get ready to be carded. more

In the Pocket 8/15/2005

This place is amazing. The locations is fabulous, because it is right in the middle of Main Street, Alhambra, making it an easy location to find and an even better place to hang out. For teens, at least. Still, a great place to play some pool, one will always have a table to shoot some pool around with his or her buddies. This place is the treasure in the island because there is always an open table and the aura and feel is wonderful. more

Ok place for billiards 8/12/2005

Cue Ball is an ok place to go play pool at. Their tables and cues are of acceptable quality, but the people that go there are what cause me to give a lowered score. A lot of people that go to this place are asian gangsters or wannabes. This place has been in the news before for having shootings between patrons because of different reasons. However, as long as you go during the daytime, there aren't many people there and its easy to get a table. Also, make sure that when you get a table, you note the size of the pockets. THey have tables with different sized pockets, some that are smaller than others. more
